2019 Nissan Titan gets a positive reception

The approaching 2019 Nissan Titan is a full-size pickup truck that offers plenty of configurations, great performance, and generous interior room. The new Titan also has to offer a good warranty, however, there is only one drivetrain option.

There are numerous innovative amenities, but on the other hand, the 2019 model comes with no significant changes or innovations. The only addition to the upcoming pickup is a Midnight Edition appearance package. Generally, if you need a reliable truck with good performance and roomy interior, the 2019 Titan is the answer, and it comes with a fair price and great warranty.

2019 Nissan Titan Exterior design and trim levels

The 2019 Nissan Titan will enter the next year with no changes at all. Indeed, Titan suffered a big redesign last year, and the only addition is a new Titan’s Midnight Edition package. This package comes exclusively with the crew cab SV and SL models. It adds a blacked-out appearance and it includes body-colored bumpers and grille, dark headlights, unique badging, 20-inch wheels and more dark inserts on the door handles and mirrors.

The overall exterior is bigger and bolder than the previous generation of Titan. Not only that the dimensions are looking bigger than before, even the features such as headlights, mirrors, and honeycomb grille are enlarged. The length dimension is 228.1 inches, and the Titan XD model is over a foot longer. Thanks to the plenty of cab configurations, the customers can choose different bed sizes, from standard 5.5-footbed to the optional 6.5 and 8.0 feet.

Trim Features

The newest model 2019 Nissan Titan will be available with five trims S, SV, PRO-4X, SL and Platinum Reserve. The last expensive S trim or base one will bring cruise control, manual-sliding rear window, power windows. The next one SV trim include trailer-sway control, front bucket seats, power-adjust mirrors, chrome accents, upgraded cloth interior, SiriusXM satellite radio. However, with the SL and Platinum Reserve, one will get bigger display screen of 7 inches, leather interior and safety features like the blind-spot system, rear cross-traffic alert, rear parking assist system, and AroundView bird’s-eye-camera.

If one choose trim PRO-4X that is made for the most off-road enthusiasts it will get Bilstein shocks. Also, this trim will bring electronic locking rear differential and all-terrain off-road tires. One can also upgrade to Midnight Editions that comes with beautiful 20-inch black wheels and various black-finished colors.

2019 Nissan Titan XD model

According to some reports, the model 2019 Nissan Titan XD will get small, but very evident and helpful modifications. However, the biggest and the most recent news is that will get the sunroof. Also, the interior will get some redesign and the XD model will bring power folding tow mirrors and more USB ports. There are also some rumors that will be offered with the same locking differential that is available only in Pro4X model.

2019 Nissan Titan XD model

As for the engine, this model will get 5.0-liter Cummins V8 oil-burner that is able to deliver 310 horsepower and 600 lb-ft of torque. This engine will use an Aisin 6-speed automatic transmission.

2019 Nissan Titan Interior is spacious and quiet

The upcoming 2019 Nissan Titan comes with a good interior that is comfortable and quiet. The base model can accommodate up to six persons, however, the most popular choice is a pair of front bucket seats which lowers the passenger capacity down to five passengers. The materials are cloth and vinyl in the base model while higher trim levels are more luxurious.

The top-range Platinum Reserve model adds leather and wood materials, heated and ventilated front seats and much more. There are plenty of plastic materials as well, which comes as a big disappointment for most of the Nissan’s fans. The interior room is generous, that includes headroom and legroom too, even at the back.

2019 Nissan Titan Engine and output details

The 2019 Nissan Titan comes with only one drivetrain option. While the competitors from Ford, Ram, and Chevrolet are offering numerous engine options, this comes as another disappointment. Moreover, if you want a diesel engine, the only option is to buy much more expensive Titan XD model.

The 2019 Titan will use an existing 5.6-liter V8 gasoline engine. This unit is capable of producing 390 HP and 394 lb-ft of torque. A rear-wheel drive is standard while four-wheel drive setup is available as an option. The engine is available with a 7-speed automatic transmission.

Towing Capacity and Acceleration Time

In the section of towing capacity, the newest 2019 Nissan Titan is ranked in the middle. It comes with many features that will help one to easily haul and tow. The Titan’s towing ability is rated at 9,750 pounds. Nissan’s latest pickup truck can reach from 0 to 60 mph in 5.9 seconds.

The most common is definitely a 1.6-liter unit with around 110 horses.

Also, there is a familiar 1.5-liter diesel engine which comes in two output variants, with either 90 or 110 horsepower.

Finally, there is a large and reliable 2.0-liter gasoline engine for the Russian market. Some of the mentioned engines could come with few tweaks in order to get better efficiency, but don’t expect anything significant.

Also, there is a big chance to see a new 1.25-liter engine in the offer. This one also comes in two output variants, with 90 or 125 horses.

2019 Mitsubishi Triton shares many similarities with model Nissan Navara

The all-new 2019 Mitsubishi Triton entered its fifth-generation last year with some huge innovations, so the upcoming model will come with slight changes.

The biggest change is the front end, and we can expect updated interior as well. Just like its predecessor, the 2019 Mitsubishi Triton will arrive in three body styles and with a two diesel drivetrain and one gasoline engine. Furthermore, it will share many similarities with model Nissan Navara.

2019 Mitsubishi Triton vs Nissan Navara

2019 Mitsubishi Triton Exterior is good looking

The new images provided enough information to conclude exterior changes. The front end suffered the most work, especially the front bumper that is much wider than before. The headlights are smaller and are more angular, and overall, the front part looks more mean and aggressive. Wheel arches are also different and are almost the same as on Triton’s brother, Pajero.

The rear looks curved and the tub is squarer. The tailgate is also squared off, and the rear creases vanish. The 2019 Mitsubishi Triton will ride on the same platform that looks reliable for the Japanese automaker. The aerodynamics are now better and the chassis features more high-strength steel. Last year’s retuned suspension is a perfect move, as the ride feels smoother than ever. This model will have the same palette of colors like its predecessor. There are six colors options White, Sterling Silver, Earth Green, Titanium, Impulse Blue and Pitch Black.

2019 Mitsubishi Triton Interior Changes

The 2019 Mitsubishi Triton offers a perfect interior, so the cabin changes are minimal. The interior is providing a high level of comfort and the list of standard features is long. We expect for Mitsubishi to offer some optional equipment as a standard, and the dashboard and instrument cluster is slightly revised.

Soft-touch surfaces and materials are giving this pickup a premium feel. Plenty of high-tech features and safety systems makes Triton as one of the most modern pickups. Overall, Triton’s interior is more than competitive, and the base model with standard features is well-equipped.

Trim Options and Features

The best part of 2019 Mitsubishi Triton pickup truck is its trim levels. It comes with long list features that are very useful. The GLX trim and Club Cab comes with 4WD Diesel Auto transmission. This package will also bring 16″ x 7″ alloy wheels, rear step bumper, 5-speed automatic transmission with Sports Mode. Furthermore, the interior in this trim will be equipped with a reverse camera, climate control air conditioning and smartphone Link Display Audio system with 7″ touchscreen display.

The next one is GLX Double Cab that comes with 4WD Diesel (manual and auto). This trim will add one touch tailgate handle, double wishbone, coil spring, stabilizer bar, piano black center panel and it includes Mitsubishi Diamond Advantage. However, with the GLS 4WD Double Cab one will get super select II 4WD, center differential, sports bar, climate control with dual zone air conditioning and bigger 17″ x 7.5″ alloy wheels.

The Blackline double cab package will be very attractive because it brings some cool mix with colors to the 2019 Mitsubishi Triton. Furthermore, it comes with a black sports bar, black fenders, black 17” alloy wheels, rear diff lock, Smart Key with one-touch start and it posses some Blackline decals. The last one of this list is Exceed Double Cab. Second options is a 2.5-liter turbodiesel that is capable of producing 176 HP. The third option is a 2.4-liter gasoline unit that returns 140 HP. A 6-speed transmission is available for all the engines, just like an all-wheel-drive configuration.

Fuel Economy and Towing Capacity

The base engine’s fuel economy is rated at 32mpg for combined. However, it comes with great towing capacity and many features that will ease your haul. Towing capacity is improved to almost 7000 pounds.

2019 Nissan Navara (NP300) Release date

The capable mid-size truck has been one of the most popular models in the segment for years and it should continue in the same way, especially because the current generation is going to receive some updates for the 2019 Nissan Navara model.

The current generation of the truck has been around for some time. It is present on the markets around the world since 2014. The next year should bring several changes, according to the latest reports. It seems there is a complete facelift to come, which will include numerous visual changes, but novelties in other aspects as well.

2019 Nissan Navara

One of the most important things about 2019 Navara should be a new diesel engine, borrowed from Mercedes. Finally, some tweaks on the inside are possible as well, but the core of interior changes will be in terms of standard equipment. We expect its arrival late in the year.

2019 Nissan Navara changes

This update is about to bring many changes, according to latest reports. It looks like 2019 Nissan Navara is about to get a classic facelift, which usually includes numerous visual changes. This truck shouldn’t be an exception. Of course, the core of the changes will be the front end. In this area, we should see various modifications of the current design language. Some of the parts that could be tweaked are headlights, front fascia, and bumper, grille, hood etc. Other parts of the truck could suffer as well. For example, some reworks of taillights and rear bumper are also possible. Finally, expect some new exterior colors in the offer, as well as some new rims.

2019 Nissan Navara new features

As we’ve already mentioned, the overall design of the 2019 Nissan Navara’s cabin shouldn’t be changed a lot. The core of the changes will be in terms of equipment. It is expected that each trim level will get something of new standard equipment. In the current 2018-year model, the base version includes things like cruise control, rearview camera, Bluetooth, USB jacks and many other things. However, there is no such thing as a touchscreen in base models, so this should be one of the novelties. Each trim should come with new standard equipment. The company will be gradually adding more and more feature to every higher trim level.

According to some reports, the new truck will borrow a diesel engine from Mercedes-Benz. This unit has a displacement of 3.0 liters and delivers around 255 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque.

Besides this new engine, the rest of the lineup should remain unchanged. There is a familiar 2.5-liter gasoline engine with around 150 horses.

A diesel engine with same displacement and a similar amount of power is also in the offer.

Still, the best deal so far was Renault’s V6 diesel engine. This unit has a displacement of 3.0 liters and delivers around 227 horsepower and 405 pound-feet of torque.

2019 Nissan Navara release date and price

Considering that there are numerous changes to come, the updated 2019 Nissan Navara should come a little bit earlier than usual, probably in the fall. When it comes to the price, we don’t expect bigger changes, at least when it comes to base models, which go around 25.000 dollars.

This segment is highly competitive and 2019 Nissan Navara will have a lot of rivals. Some of them are Isuzu D-Max, Toyota Hilux, Chevy Colorado etc.

2019 Infiniti QX50 Price, Release date, Interior

The original version of this luxury crossover has been replaced finally, after a decade of production. The original EX came in 2008. Due to new naming policy, the model was renamed to QX50.

Still, the things remained pretty much the same. The car continued with the same design for some time more and it was finally redesigned in late 2017. It was named as a 2019-year model, so it should be on the market for full two years. Changes to the new model are numerous. There is a brand-new design which includes numerous mechanical and visual changes.

2019 infiniti qx50 front view

The new 2019 QX50 comes with a completely new platform, which includes new engine as well. Mechanical changes are numerous, but there is also a completely new styling, adapted to the brand’s newest design language. The interior design is also completely new and we can see plenty of new technology features as well.

This redesign brings a lot of changes. The new architecture definitely makes this crossover more competitive. It is a little bit shorter, but also wider and taller compared to the original. Also, it features a 2-inch higher ground clearance. Despite it is higher from the ground, the new styling makes it far more attractive. It features all those characteristics of the new design philosophy, including a completely new front end, sharper lines etc.

It is a 2.0-liter turbo inline-four engine, which is good for about 268 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque. Such great amount of power is sent to wheels by a CVT, and it is enough to provide 0-60 time in 6.5 seconds. 2019 Renault Alaskan Colors, Price, Release Date

The forthcoming 2019 Renault Alaskan is the company’s first light-duty pickup truck ever. It seems like Europe is slowly taking over the light-duty segment, and it is a well-known fact that the Americans are the biggest pickup fans.

So it is very certain that the Alaskan is coming to the U.S. next year. Based on the Nissan Navara, the 2019 Alaskan comes with a boxy design, five-link rear suspension and it offers a smooth ride. The cabin is quiet and comfy and both diesel and gasoline powertrains are among the options.

2019 Renault Alaskan interior

2019 Renault Alaskan Interior design and tech

The Alaskan’s interior also borrowed some styling cues from the Nissan Navara. Everything inside the cabin is arranged around the infotainment system and HVAC controls. The dash is easy to mirror as 2019 Renault Alaskan comes in both left and right-hand drives.

Two analog gauges are providing crucial information about the speed and engine and two smaller gauges are showing temperature and fuel level. On top of that, a small driver screen shows even more info, usually navigation. The storage bin is wisely placed on top of the center stack and it comes with the 12-volt power outlet. Another 12-volt power outlet sits below the center stack. The center of this pickup truck will get a colorful 7.0-inch touchscreen with Bluetooth connectivity and smartphone compatibility. Engine and Transmission Details

The all-new 2019 Renault Alaskan is likely to arrive with plenty of engine choices. Some speculations are saying that every market will get a different type of powertrain. The base engine is a 2.3-liter twin-turbocharged four-cylinder unit. It produces up to 190 HP. This engine also offers a smaller turbo version with 160 HP.

Two other engines’ arrival will depend on the market, and the first one is a 2.5-liter gasoline mill with four cylinders and with 160 HP. The third choice comes down to a 2.5-liter four-cylinder diesel engine that can burst 190 HP.

You can see that all of the powertrains are making the same amount of ponies, just have in mind that the diesel engine is far less sophisticated and it generates power slower than the other options. With all three choices comes the same 6-speed manual and 7-speed automatic transmission. All engines will have a 2WD system and 4WD are available as well. The strongest engine in this category is able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 10 sec with a top speed of 100 mph.

2019 Renault Alaskan Towing Capacity and Fuel Consumption

There is a plenty of models to choose including a single cab, 4-door crew cab and cab/chassis units. However, with the latest technology installed in this pickup truck, it is able to max tow 7,716 pounds. This is a great number if we compare it with some models. In this category model like Ford F-150 can tow more than 10,000 pounds, also in the same line is the Chevrolet Colorado that can haul 1630 pounds.

At this moment we only have information about the fuel consumption of the 2,3-liter engine. For the urban drive, this engine gives 27 mpg, extra urban 40mpg and for combined 34 mpg.

2019 Nissan 370Z Coupe, Roadster, Release date

Despite numerous rumors about the next generation of the famous Z Car, it looks like the 2019 Nissan 370Z will carry on without bigger changes. There aren’t many cheap sports cars around in these days. This one is one of them.

Its recognizable design philosophy attracts a great number of drivers. Two seats, powerful engine, and excellent handling are some of its strong points. Still, this car hasn’t been redesigned since 2009, which is a pretty long period in today’s car industry. This fact makes the current model outdated. Despite still great performances, the styling lacks in terms of attractivity. The overall refinement is also hardly comparable with much younger rivals.

2019 Nissan 370Z front view

All these factors indicate that the redesign should come as soon as possible. Still, it won’t happen in the next year. The 2019 370Z will continue in the same way, featuring the same design, engine, performances etc.

2019 Nissan 370Z redesign

Just like we’ve mentioned, the 2019 Nissan 370Z will come pretty much unchanged. This model came nine years ago, but there was one major update in 2012. Even this refresh was six years ago, so we can clearly say that the current generation of the iconic Z Car desperately needs some changes. Rumors about the new generation are present for some time. There was even a potential deal with Mercedes-Benz. However, there is still no official confirmation for any of these rumors. Even the most optimistic reports don’t expect redesign in a year or two.

2019 Nissan 370Z side view

The 2019 Nissan 370Z will continue with its familiar appearance, which looks a little bit outdated compared to the competition. However, this car still has a lot of things to offer.
