The all-new 2019 Mitsubishi Triton entered its fifth-generation last year with some huge innovations, so the upcoming model will come with slight changes.
The biggest change is the front end, and we can expect updated interior as well. Just like its predecessor, the 2019 Mitsubishi Triton will arrive in three body styles and with a two diesel drivetrain and one gasoline engine. Furthermore, it will share many similarities with model Nissan Navara.
2019 Mitsubishi Triton Exterior is good looking
The new images provided enough information to conclude exterior changes. The front end suffered the most work, especially the front bumper that is much wider than before. The headlights are smaller and are more angular, and overall, the front part looks more mean and aggressive. Wheel arches are also different and are almost the same as on Triton’s brother, Pajero.
The rear looks curved and the tub is squarer. The tailgate is also squared off, and the rear creases vanish. The 2019 Mitsubishi Triton will ride on the same platform that looks reliable for the Japanese automaker. The aerodynamics are now better and the chassis features more high-strength steel. Last year’s retuned suspension is a perfect move, as the ride feels smoother than ever. This model will have the same palette of colors like its predecessor. There are six colors options White, Sterling Silver, Earth Green, Titanium, Impulse Blue and Pitch Black.
2019 Mitsubishi Triton Interior Changes
The 2019 Mitsubishi Triton offers a perfect interior, so the cabin changes are minimal. The interior is providing a high level of comfort and the list of standard features is long. We expect for Mitsubishi to offer some optional equipment as a standard, and the dashboard and instrument cluster is slightly revised.
Soft-touch surfaces and materials are giving this pickup a premium feel. Plenty of high-tech features and safety systems makes Triton as one of the most modern pickups. Overall, Triton’s interior is more than competitive, and the base model with standard features is well-equipped.
Trim Options and Features
